SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
The Bikini Club makes use of a reliable hand-to-hand courier company that services all areas of South Africa. The delivery charge depends on the package weight. Some regional/outlying areas are serviced on specific days or in the afternoons only. It is the responsibility of each customer to confirm these details with the courier company once a tracking number has been issued. The Bikini Club will supply all items in good order to the courier company. We do not allow other couriers to collect your bikini.
*We provide overnight deliveries in main areas which are generally delivered between 08h00 and 11h00 on work days only (Weekends and public holidays may result in delays). Delivery may take longer if you are in a outlaying area. Please ensure that you are available to sign for and accept your package during these times. Once the order has been dispatched you will be supplied with your tracking number. If the package is undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if you are not available to sign for the delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery with the courier company.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped.
Once the package has been dispatched from The Bikini Club, we are no longer responsible for it. The Bikini Club is not held responsible for the customer not receiving a tracking number due to an incorrect email address.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and that any special requirments are added to the notes section upon check out. A contact number must be supplied on all orders to ensure that the courier will be able to contact you if there is a problem with the delivery.
The Bikini Club is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by 11h00. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is out of our control and we rely on the courier to ensure delivery. No refunds will be given on Courier or SAPO delays and strikes, nor can we get your parcel back if its delivery is affected by a stike.
Product colour and texture might vary slightly from the product shown in the images. Refunds or returns will not be granted in the event of receiving an item which, in the customer's opinion, is a different colour from the product shown in the image.
1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item purchased, please notify us within three (3) working days from the date you received the item. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we ask that you choose your new product within thirty (30) days. We will not exchange any product after this period.
Due to the intimate nature of our business, no swimwear will be refunded. When purchasing swimwear, please pay attention to the size details to avoid purchasing the wrong size. The Bikini Club will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods by any 3rd party delivery services (couriers and/or the South African Post Office), although every effort will be made to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your purchase.
Returned products will be inspected by us and will be replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective product. We’ll replace your product with the same style or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. We will contact you directly regarding this matter. No cash exchange will be accepted. If the problem was caused by reasons other than the material's quality or the assembly process, the original merchandise will be returned to you.
We do not replace merchandise if it is not returned in a satisfactory condition. For this, the item must be in perfect condition, which means that the item must include it's protective shields on the swimsuit bottoms, with all tags in place. The item must not have been worn at any time. Products damaged by normal wear and tear will not be replaced.
The cost of the courier to return the swimwear will be for the buyer's account.
In order to qualify for return and/or exchange, the product must fulfill the following requirements: items may not have been used, washed or damaged.
Please ensure swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case, we will have to reasonably decline your return or credit note.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
2. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- Send back to The Bikini Club, with an envelope marked "Returns." An address will be provided once the return has been approved.
- Please keep your tracking number as a reference and proof of the return if requested.
3. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please note that unless products are faulty due to a manufacturing error, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in your refund of store credit. Payment will be required up front if The Bikini Club arranges re-collection and dispatch of return.
When returning a parcel to The Bikini Club, it must be done as a tracked parcel.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the tracking number and proof of payment from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a swop of items if you are unable to provide the proof of posting.
Credit notes issued by The Bikini Club are not redeemable for cash.
All refunds will be in the form of store credit loaded onto your store profile.
