Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have a phyical store?

No, We do not have a shop you can visit. We are purely a online bikini shop.

  • How do your sizes work?

Please see the product description for each product for more information. Our sizing differs from style to style, but the available waist and cup sizes can be found in the drop down menu for each style.

  • Do you exchange if it's the wrong size?

If items do not fit, you are welcome to exchange. Please read our return policy in this regard.

  • How do I pay?

We offer credit card and a secure instant EFT (i-Pay) options during the check out process. EFT details will also be emailed with your order confirmation.

  • Do the prices include courier fees? 

No. Prices do not include delivery fees. Courier fees will be calculated during check out.

  • Do you use the Post Office? 

No. Due to the Postal Service strikes, we no longer use the South African Post Office.

  • How will my order be sent?

Courier. It's overnight and door-to-door. You will need to provide us with a physical address for either your home or your work including a postal code. The package needs to be received either by you or someone who can sign on your behalf. After all, we can’t deliver a package to an empty house or a deserted office.

Your parcel’s progress can be tracked by clicking here or by phoning the DawnWing Courier call centre on 0861 223 224.

Delivery of your package will normally take place before 10:30 a.m. the following business day upon receipt of your order and payment. Courier collection times are between 15h00 and 17h00 on weekdays and we try our best to send your purchase on the day the order is processed, but this is not always possible.  

  • Is it safe to courier my parcel? 

Yes! You will receive a tracking number to track the state of your parcel so that you always know what is going on. We dispatch parcels on a daily basis, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed and paid for on the weekend will be sent on the next business day.

  • I would like to order. What do I do?  

Once you have looked through our stunning swimwear collections and found the perfect little number that you just can’t live without, select your top and bottom sizes.

Check that the quantity is right and then go ahead and add it to your cart. Click on "check out" when you are satisfied that you have all the items you want and then simply follow the instructions on screen.

Please note that you have to be a registered client in order to complete your online purchase. Luckily, registering with The Bikini Club is quick and easy to do! Just click on "log in" or “register” and fill in a few quick details and you are ready to shop until you drop!

When your order is placed, we will be in contact with you regarding your order. We will send you a tracking number for your parcel once it has been sent and is safely on its way to you.

  • Are all items padded? 

Yes, all of our items are padded.  However, please see the product description for each product for more information about it. 

  • Do we ship to countries outside of South Africa?

Not at this stage - sorry!
